Dropped by Bills after the original place was closed. The owner was rude and extremely arrogant but the menu looked great so gave the place a shot. The food was expensive but the service from the waitresses was great. Food was delicious. In short if you can put up with the arrogant owner and look beyond that it's worth a visit. read more.

Can 't book for Bills and so we arrived early (noon) for lunch. The Cafe was about a third full and the staff were happy to push some tables together for our party of 6. Menus distributed and mineral water delivered we waited...and waited for about 20 minutes which was a shame 'cos this was a business lunch and we had some time constraints (maybe next time we should say).
