I'm telling you; customer service, true to form customer service is dying off everywhere. It seems like everyone is ok with it. I am not. My money goes to those that show me they want it. The guys working drive-thru here get it. They treated like a friend would since my first visit. I hail from West Bend, two Taco Bell locations. I recommend neither one. The one in Sussex though? No body at the front counter to take an order. Waited for the drive thru traffic to be cleared. Called to the woman working the drive thru if anyone was here to wait on customers, and absolutely no response!! No eye contact or any communication. Filthy inside, grungy looking employees!!!
