Mcdonald's Restaurants - Feedback

McDonald's in Sutton is quite large as it is on the central street which is completely pedestrian, service as usual.

The manager and whole staff is so rude including security guy. Don't even let you in to finish the lunch. At least they should give me enough time to eat.

The staff Adrian could take the initiative to do his job best. He is warm and thoughtful. Really appreciated the manager could find such brilliant staff!

Went to my local McDonald s Sutton High street for eat in order meal when I collect it my order sat table and items was missing from the my order and some milk...

It was my daughter's birthday and a nice lady with a scarf, who was the manager at that time ,helped us to have a special party.
