What Mike S likes about 88 Sushi:
Very good sashimi. Very fresh fairly priced. Super fast service. frankly I was impressed. My wife loved it too, and raved about it for hours. The atmosphere is not super fancy. This is a standard buford Highway affair. It's authentic and I like that. I'll be back. View all feedback.

What Belinda E doesn't like about 88 Sushi:
They apparently close in the afternoon but the website doesn't not say that. We went for a late lunch after our grandchild's mri at choa and they would not serve us. Signs said open and the door was open but they said they were on break. Very unprofessional. Post that you close for the afternoon and lock the doors and turn off your open signs!!! Excellent place to get sashimi and a meal that rivals that of top notch restaurants. Came here with a friend and enjoyed a full meal of fresh sashimi and sides...

This was the best and freshest sushi I ever had. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

"Love this place! Tried it on a whim, while trying to eat healthier- omg this place did not disappoint! You take a look at the menu and the. Order at with the friendly staff at the register, you then go around and pay at the cashier, who btw is also very friendly! (Every time! . We have had several bowls here, and none of them disappoint! However, my most fave is the queso bowl. The ambience is great, we like sitting on the counter facing the street and people watch"

"Ordered from here yesterday on doordash. Believed to have given me food poisoning. I used to always order from here but this time was very disappointing. As soon as I took a bite of my bowl i knew something was wrong. It tasted like it was from the garbage and was left out for a long time but reheated. They had also forgot to give me my pork dumplings I had ordered. Still haven't got refunded. Last night was very rough, was about to go to urgent care for all the pain until I threw it all up and felt slightly better. Sadly won't be ordering from here anymore."
