My son and his 2 friends had such a good time tobogganing for his 12th birthday celebrations! The staff I encountered were super friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to the guy running the tobogganing on Friday 15th Dec, the lads all said how great he was with them, so thank you! Reasonably priced for what you get. Very expensive. We paid £40 and got one ride on the tobaggan in an hour and a half odd long visit. 40 mins wait for a 90 second ride . We Called it quits as time slot booking appeared to have collapsed into a free for all. Understaffed perhaps and Queue jumping seemed apparent.
