What Scott Lawrence doesn't like about Upo's Fish:
UPOs isn't bad for a local chippy. I'm not sure how to describe it when you go in it feels a bit weird. There's a row of taped together metal chairs stopping you getting to the counter, which puts you off straight away. Some bits look grubby inside and outside is a mess of weeds and litter.
