I placed an order with this restaurant at 3:30pm for a meal at 7pm. Initially, I was informed that the meal would arrive at 7:25pm, which was later than expected but acceptable. I am so fussy when it comes to a curry, so I was so happy that I found this place! really delicious, good portion sizes and a keema nan filled with meat! it cannot recommend enough.
Meal arrived on time and was one of the best indian meals I have tasted. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you all at Hot and Herbs
Ordered from these a few times and the food and service has always been spot on. Had an order delivered tonight and it was here in under 10 minutes.
One Word Disgusted! Ordered the meal at 15.30 3.30PM for a 19.00 7.00pm delivery slot . We had a text from hot herbs at 19.37 7.37pm to say the order was only just being prepared to be delivered at 20.05 8,05pm . I have now had to start cooking my own food my digusted let down guest. The order has now been cancelled.Great new years eve dinner- thanks alot hot herbs of sittingbourne for a rubbish service and letting customers down. I run my own company , and would not dream of treating them like this. No Compensation. No apology. No accuse. Do not use this company or purchase any food from hot herbs!
