What User likes about M&s Cafe:
Lisa (manager) was exceptionalshe is unconditionally committed to giving the highest level of service. I placed my first M S online order for store pickup. The online service was nothing to right home about but Lisa took time to check for my order on the system and then followed up with a call. You deserve a 1000 and an excellent staff award. What User doesn't like about M&s Cafe:
I could have cooked the dinner the time it took to get a cup of coffee. Then the coffee was Luke warm. The tables were littered with dirty dishes so cut down the choice of where to sit. I did however notice some discreet shelving where customers could okay trays and crockery, however this was full up. No pleasure in this visit at all. Bring back week street store, View all feedback.
