Bertucci's Italian - Feedback

I'm here to celebrate my son's 7th birthday. The food was delicious, as usual. The ambience was calming, as always. But what really keeps me back.

7 friends gathered tonight. service was terrible to put it mild. Eating was okay. no manager came by and had to see the fight with the server.

Gina was great. Came late and had no problems ordering a pizza and a salad and a spaghetti. Will be back.
