Spent two nights in Swan Hill for work and visited High Tyme three times. The dishes are well portioned, fresh and made with love. The lady who is served is way too friendly (in a good way: who makes you welcome from the moment you enter the building. Absolute highlight was the slowly boiled lamb with tortilla. The food looks generally excellent, but our experience with medium-rare and medium-well scotch fillets ended up woefully undercooked. Sue seems lovely, and the locals seem to love her, and other food being served looked fantastic.
