Best barbecue Ive had in a long long time. Everything was delicious. Brunswick stew was awesome. This place is a must try

Oh what a treat! Thank you for joining DoorDash and giving us more options on the island for delivery. The cornbread is my favorite but it was all excellent.

The bqq BBQ Sandwich is good, personally dont like coleslaw. Feel like it needs a sauce of some type. Hushpuppies are also good.

"Been here 3 times now. That's it for us. Went for lunch and took almost an hour just to get 3 Sushi rolls. I saw our rolls prepared and ready at the end of the sushi bar but waitress never would go get the food. Instead multiple servers sat at the end of that bar and spoke with the chefs while talking over our food. 4 other tables came in and received their orders before us and we got there before them. When I asked our server about getting our food (sort of loud across the room because honestly I was annoyed at this point watching people literally lean over and speak to others across our plates) another waitress laughed and told her to just tell us our food isnt ready. I CAN SEE THE FOOD. Its 15ft from me. Anyway, will go to Morehead for sushi next time."

"To say I’m disappointed is the understatement of the century. I’ve been coming here since 2004. It’s literally my favorite restaurant. I look forward to it all year. Tonight we came in as a party of 6, and we’re told it we liked be 90 minutes. We waited 2 1/2 hours. We’ve watched people come and go all night. Never, did they come out and apologize. Or offer anything. It’s absurd. We asked if they could just pull tables together and were told they could not bc it would throw off the servers. 20 years we’ve been coming. This has never happened. I understand the ownership has changed hands and I guess that’s the only explanation. My family has joked for nearly two decades that this was my happy place. Well no longer. We can’t rate the food bc after 2 1/2 hours we are still waiting. We are out of here. And sadly never coming back. I went in very calmly to tell the hostess that I understand she’s just the messenger and planned to tell her how long we’ve been coming and she told me I can’t with you. I. Am. Disgusted. And I’m sure the original owners would be heartbroken."

"There are quite a few different ambiance 's you can experience at this restaurant. Both indoor options match the price point of the menu. The decks, however, are entirely too informal for a high end menu. There is so much that the rooftop space could offer and it 's absolutely underwhelming. Cheap furniture stacked on top of each other. The food. Overall, everything was fine . But again, just doesn 't live up to the price point. I would come back here again with different expectations. It 's more of an appetizers at the bar situation...the dinner experience fell flat."
