Finally got the chance to try this after being on my radar for quite some time. Had the pulled pork sandwich at the Swansea farmer's market and it was delicious. So I tried out the ribs later that week and they were amazing. They were tender and flavorful. I'm no bbq expert but it's definitely WAY better than any I have had around here. Owner seems very coolOnly got a few drumsticks today but they were very tasty. Good smoked flavor, didn't need any extra sauce or seasoning. ????
