We visited the tap room on Saturday under the constraints of Covid 19 i.e. drinking outside. Fortunately the weather wasn't too dreadful and despite the difficulties, the tap room was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The service was a combination of bar and table service. There was a good selection of beers which were all really good. We look forward to visiting again when they are back in full action. read more.

Difficult to be much worse ! Hubby and I both started with the Creamy cockles and bacon dreadful served on cheap white bread ! The hubby and I had the beef dinner I don’t eat normally eat the roast potatoes or the Yorkshire pud. But prefer to fill up on the veg veg was a tureen of peas and carrots only !
