Who would ever think of a cafe in a council headquarters? This is a lovely little gem of a place. The tea is very good, the coffee exceptional. It has all the cafe favourites, sandwiches, baguettes, cakes and biscuits, and a range of commercial ice creams and lollys. The view across Swansea Bay to The Mumbles is incredible. What sarahhV9839PM doesn't like about Coastline Cafe:
Visited the cafe at around 1.30, so lunch time. Was told none of the food menu was available, no explanation as to why, just a no in response to my question. Had tea and a Welsh cake, the teapots were heavily stained. The girl serving was pleasant but the other one seemingly in charge was abrupt and couldnt be bothered. Its a lovely space in a lovely setting, it's a shame it's not being used to its full potential. read more.
