"This is a very friendly traditional pub, much favoured by residents of Royal Wootton Bassett. It's position just off the high street, near the town's famous old town hall which is raised up on pillars, is one of continuity with local history you can count on it to provid you with a traditional English pub experience. They have an excellent choice of drinks, from cider, beer, spirits to a variety of modern coffees. Parking is not a problem, there is a large council car park available just around the corner outside the Sainsbury's supermarket, which is just a 5 minutes walk away, or you maybe lucky to find a free space on the street.
