"So a bummer... are from Iowa I was so excited to find a caribou within an hour drive (as I live in Rockford). But I was quickly disappointed when my Mocha WAAAY had too much milk and not enough chocolate. I fully understand that this is difficult the Caribou way (they actually melts chocolate in the steamed milk versus drinking chocolate combined with the espresso, which is far superior IMO), but that is what Caribou deals with. Obviously I will return to try again, but this is a HUGE problem to satellite caribou coffee sites. Please expose Caribou so you can have more locations! Update: AMAZING Mocha today! Problem solved and so happy to make the ride from Rockford!"

"Such great food!!! A couple months ago I placed an order at Bea's and I went to pick it up and they had forgot to turn it in, which was very disappointing. However today I returned to pick up an order and she immediately recognized me, apologized and picked up my tab!! That's what good customer service is all about we all make mistakes but we need to make sure that our good customers are satisfied and they do a very fine job!!! Thank you bea's!!!!"

"It’s a catered wedding reception and everything was DELICIOUS!! Especially the guisado de res(? . The chicken breast were sliced thinly which I liked. The rice was AMAZING the beans were YUMMYLICOUS as well, grilled vegetables were tasty as well. Nice spread OVER ALL THE BEST!! The tortillas were heated up a bit too early which made them stick ?…. But other than that I would definitely cater from them in the future!!"

"Chill vibe a large cook and bar delicate. Paella I was unique with many layers of taste. Definitely different from the paellas I made from Florida but still delicious. The staff is vaccinated and makes a point to let customers know. Very appreciated. Tiramasu was well done."
