I would rate this restaurant a 4-5 stars. When they are on point, they are really exceptional. The quality is outstanding. However, there are times when they have an off day and it is noticeable. The beef seemed much better than the chewy stuff at the Oxford St branch, although still a little squeaky and cooked well-done. With better quality salad, I actually liked the burger and it's a pretty good size for the price. I'm marking them down for the tempura chicken nuggets though. I don't think it was tempura, seemed much thicker batter, and the chicken inside was almost as cardboardy as McDonald's. View all feedback.
