this place is consistently among chefs their fries and if they ask that they be cooked longer, they will argue and act as if they don't know what they are talking about. there was time for the fries to be dropped and served for less than 30 seconds, and when someone who worked in the food industry, I know that they do not follow the right cooking guidelines. very poor service. This is an outlet in the Mayflower Mall. The whole food court is rather dimly lighted and seems dingy. The tables are clean which is something. New York Fries is part of a franchise and serves French fries and hot dogs. We found that both were cool just barely acceptable. Located in the Mayflower Mall food court. Fast friendly service, clean storefront. Food is exactly what I expected.
I've always liked NYF, and was happy to see them open up here at home. Good for a filling lunch and reasonably priced.
