"Good selection of options throughout the Asian range with vegetarian options that can be vegan, except the Burnt Butter Cauliflower. We sat outside, which is quite beautiful, allies of restaurants in Crows Nest are set up for it. The interior seats are available at some tables and some benches. Good food, we enjoyed the dishes, the Tamarind Curry had a very nice taste, creamy with a hint of sour. The mushrooms stir fry was also very nice. Spring rolls and dumplings were good. "Really nice cafe and bar with friendly staff and lots of dogs. The coffee wasn't bad although had a rather unusual flavour but the food really stood out. Fairly standard breakfast fare but with twists like lots of sambal and hash and my bowl had a whole potato and half an avocado."

"As a vegan I fight to find a Thai restaurant, I can trust when they say that they can offer vegan alternatives. at thai rock I know sure because the owner's daughter is vegan and they have worked tirelessly to offer a complete vegan menu that still has authentic aromas. eating is delicious and my non- vegan friends are also impressed by the quiet of the vegan options. all staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, they always have a smile on their face and welcome them as a member of the family. they also have an excellent bar, most of their wee are vegan and their gin selection is great! a good mix of seating and huge connect 4 and jenga! we always strive to go somewhere else to dinner, but all of us up and back to thai rock!"
