It always bothers me when a successful restaurant decides to expand, but Sake seems to have pulled it off. It's excellent sushi with great atmosphere next to the water at Manly. Anything from the sushi bar will keep you happy, while there's makimono rolls like the Red Samurai of spicy tuna, avocado cream and green chilli to demonstrate that there's more than the average sushi joint going on here.
