This is probably my favourite restaurant in Sydney and I have visited multiple times for business and with friends. Unfortunately, great ambience and excellent food and drinks are (on weekends in particular) often let down by poor service. Our booking was at 8:30pm, we were seated at 9pm. Our food came out at 10:30pm. The staff were very apologetic and sincere about the mishap (apparently there was some conflict in the kitchen), but I ended up returning my Steak Frites as it was too late to eat that much red meat. They sent out a complementary entrée and took my dish off the bill, but just not a great first impression of a highly considered restaurant.... View all feedback.
