"We mostly went for kbbq, but also ordered a few other dishes. the short rib was beautifully marinated and was not too fat. the pig bell and the chicken were average. the staff was very helpful with changing hot plates and adding beside dishes really happy with the seafood tofu suppe, was tasteful, generous in portion and stayed hot for long. the seafood and sliced pancake was crispy, but a little burned on the side was a pleasant experience and happy with the service."

"Needless to say, JTB is one of the most popular Korean BBQ restaurants in Sydney. They not only serve deliciously marinated meat which is freshly sliced for your BBQ, but also provides you with an amazing atmosphere for your Friday/Saturday nights (if you’re down for a bottle of Soju or 5 . Take note that on the weekends it will be an over 45 minute wait and there is no reservation!"

"Encasa is a Spanish restaurant that is famous for their delicious and authentic tapas and paella. They opened a second branch in Lane Cove and we came here for dinner one night, keen to try it out as we are big fans of the Pitt Street store. To start we ordered some special sangria. It was delicious and fruity, the perfect drink to go with the food."

"Waiter impeccable. My salmon fillet perfectly cooked with a crispy top; the allegedly truffled mushy peas ok; the roast pumpkin a thin, nasty yellow brown, unpleasant base (and i LOVE pumpkin! . The mixed salad absolutely basic and not generous. Others with me liked their lamb, which looked overcooked and unflatteringly plated; the linguine and penne were enjoyed; the garlic bread would not have been out of place at Red Rooster beyond basic. My glass of rose was not good. Lake nice, lovely evening, good company, but overpriced, underwhelming, noisy and pretentious, for mine. Shame."

"This was my second visit based on the food rather than the service which was previously not brilliant. We mentioned this to the manager when we sat down and he acknowledged how busy they can get on a Saturday night. He suggested they had another waiter helping and I’m pleased to feedback that the service was much better the manager could not have been more attentive! We will definitely be back again soon."
