Been here numerous times while living in the area, and came back again thinking surely, surely, SURELY they would do better this time. Slow service is understandable/forgivable, however when met with horrible service AND food, it's difficult not to kindle of a fire of hatred for this place. for me it's about the service. really great staff here. enjoyed my eating and my coffee, despite the less than Orthodox recipe displayed on the wall!
