I have no idea about any of other meal city extra offers.... But the big breakfast and the canadian breakfast was one amazing breakfast me and my partner had ..... The pan cakes with mapel syrp was sooo good.... The location is amazing too... We will go there again... Coffee was a bit cold as I should have ask for extra hot keeping the cold weather in mind... I remember when this place use to be open 24 hours and the menu was a lot more diverse and different back then.
