Wonderful experience. The coffee is the best I have had in town and the service is wonderful. The staff are always so nice and friendly and nothing is a trouble to them. Caught up with a friend over brunch and was quite a pleasant experience for the business in QVB. Order process was a bit rushed as my debit card was almost snatched out of my hand and pay-passed without my consent (I avoid PayPass where possible).
