I came over facebook to kirribilli seafood, and the person at the other end was incredibly helpful. they told me that they use edlyn chicken salt that is gluten-free, and that for gluten-free options, I can choose any grilled fish on the menu as they are only grilled with olive oil and sea salt. they also said that the chips are fried in a separate frit, but they use the same oil filter machine for the scattered fish frit machine. they said their salats were also gluten-free. I ordered a BBQ family package yesterday, which includes grilled fish, hot chips, grilled calamari, grilled otopus and simple scallops. I checked on the phone that the hawn salt was gluten-free, and during this keerl seemed less knowledgeable than the guy who led her facebook (especially the owner), he still went to me and it was. Officially 12 hours after the meal and I feel great, and happy to have another place where I can eat!
