I went this place twice, first time bad -my friend order extra chilly, and the staff charged $2.00 extra without any notice in advance, so shocking as this is the first time we heard this; second time worse - i found a hair in the bowl when i nearly finish, so i do not want to change or bother the staff, just want to remind them about the fact before I leave.
