What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Greenacre Ii:
Waited ages for my food, when I got it I checked it as I asked for no onions as I have an allergy and the grill slip was on the outside of the burgers so I didn't check I assumed they were right because they put the slip on it. My mistake. When I got home not only were the burgers full of onion they were also cold. Normally they would still be reasonably hot when fresh. "Follow up review: despite a disappointing experience in the restaurant as noted below, Mike (owner) had sent us a follow up message to apologise and offered for damage control. To which, we really appreciate. My expectation for good restaurant would entails good food, lovely atmosphere, and thoughtful service. This Farmhouse is a very small restaurant, with only one long table available for everyone to share. Not much privacy. Jazz and candle helped with the atmosphere. At booking, I was told there will be candle prepared for birthday man. Not only they completely forgot, but when I mentioned to them in the end, no signs of genuine sorry was seen, it was a "oh I am sorry, it is $144 please". Terrible service. Entry was really lovely, main course was large, tasted ok, lots of fish bone, small but still quite unpleasant, and dessert was creative, can't say it was good. Overall, will never come back here for another celebration or anything."
