as they had an open sign in their door, and their door was open. for about 5 minutes while we called someone while we could hear them in the back. they finally came out and cried out that we were not open and turned around to go. we asked when they opened up, but until then they had already gone/went back to ignore us. pretty rude. that happened at 12 o'clock. read more.
