Chanced on it. Checked on Ta and decided it was worth a try. The food (e.g., the tofu n seaweed salad) was fresh and delicious and we quite enjoyed our soups and the edamame. Really quite good. The service not so - very slow, with left-over plates from previous guests littering nearby tables, and the entrance, for way too long.
