they have the worst phone line in sydney. when they call a command, they tell them that it is the ad and that they have been having this problem for some weeks. by not participating in such a thing, the customer service is reflected. I tried to call a few times in two days and I felt like I was calling someone oversea. yes I can go to load and give up an order and wait in the small load to have my order ready, but it...
