Wow! I first came across this talented chef at the Fine Food and Wine Festival 2015 making delicious pizza. My husband discovered he had opened his own pizzeria so we raced in. These pizzas are a real treat, the bases are light and fluffy and full flavoured and the toppings are a mix of perfect flavours, not fussy. You must try the porcini mushroom pizza, and don't miss the tiramisu! All yum! View all feedback.
