At least that's my experience, but we were here and I was tired. So we chose tapas for a quick lunch. And oysters, I had to try some first day in town. They came so quickly that they had to have been opened a bit before we came in, and the lack of wetness showed that. Good flavor and I'm happy I only ordered 2.
