I became obsessed with the idea of Sichuan food from the Yunnan province yesterday. We were in the city we headed to Chinatown. I ordered the pork soup large (hot) and medium (sour) with pork belly. What can I say, these were some of the worst Noodle Soup dishes we've ever had. The soups lacked flavours, only tasted sour (because we chose medium sourness for all) and the noodles were over cooked. Meat were dried veggies tasted soggy. Overall, bad!
