My favorite small pizza chain is Mellow Mushroom (which is unfortunately nowhere near Eldersburg), but after trying Vocelli tonight I think it is a very close second. I really liked that we could order 1/2 1/2 gourmet pizzas, because I won't lie mac cheese pizza sounds gross. But we ordered on a half to try it (other half buffalo chicken) and everyone loved it. Really not good pizza. Everywhere I move to, my hubs I work hard to find a solid pizza place, this is not it. They have a very authentic feel inside which sparked our interest, but basic pepperoni pizza came with crust that's soft in the way that it doesn't hold up to the toppings, and for some reason the cheese is gritty, and the sauce is super bland.
