Каждый раз проездом прихожу к ним на комплексный обед. Ситуация со временем поменялась. Раньше быстро обслуживали. Сейчас же в ожидании от 40 до 60 минут. Это вообще не комильфо . Пришел с женой и ребенком, попался нам официант стажёр Марат. Очень медленный, не предложил принести стульчик для малыша. Заказали еду и ждали. Ждали. Спустя 10 минут принес салаты. И все, больше мы его не видели. Прошло 20 минут после салатов. На нас он не обращал внимание. Один раз мы его выцепили,чтоб узнать когда будет остальное и суп для ребенка, а то он уже психовал. Сказал что узнает и пропал, даже не сказал почему так долго. Терпение лопнуло и мы позвали администратора. Извинилась за него и дальше она нас сама обслуживала и в качестве извенений предоставили десерт. Руководству желаю провести беседу с данным стажёром."

Привыпекании блинов запах на весь зал, что абсолютно недопустимо! латолы быстро прибирают, в целом чисто и опрятно, только в тулете не часто уфираюти нет буманстете Пены в заведениии не маленькие, поэтомуровень сервиса необходимо увеличивать!"
