What Frank Grippo likes about Armadillos:
Stopped by Armadillos Restaurant in Annapolis. So glad I did! I wanted appetizers after work but the kitchen was closed, that didn?t stop me from enjoying the atmosphere (so clean the the air conditioning was right on point for the 90 plus degree weather), the outside seating and the views! I?m looking forward to going back when the kitchen is open! View all feedback.

Ate here on February 29th 2020 (leap day) and was served by David. Not entertained by the band on set or by the Super Patty Melt I ordered . David was a saving grace and got the kids some T-shirts before leaving. Would consider coming back if they added a play room for pool and various instruments (eastern European preferably). "Love this restaurant! The Godfather pizza is fantastic- crisp crust, just the right amount of tasty toppings, and nice and crisp- no sogginess at all! The Greek salad, steak and cheese, and meatballs are exceptional. Steak and cheese is loaded with steak, roll is crisp. Try it!!"

"Was looking forward to this place opening for a long time, and it's pretty much what I expected and hoped. The environment (inside or outside dining options is really nice; trendy but in a more-comfortable way. The service is terrific (props! and the kitchen is happily accommodating to changes or making existing meals vegan-friendly. Think a new routine for me will be stopping in here for a bite to eat before going to Whole Foods around the corner; might save me money on not shopping hungry, haha! This is the type of not-fully-vegan place I feel comfortable supporting."
