The size of the location is perfect, not too big and not too small. It is divided nicely into two sections, one of younger kids games and old kids games which is great for us since we have younger kids. We visited this location for Sensory Sunday as a change from going to the Glen Burnie location. It became quickly evident that the customer service was worse in Annapolis. There were 4 staff members with 3 families present for the 9am early opening. It took several minutes to get any service to check in, order food or use the tickets.
