Well, yes, Richter's is located nearby the main road from Westerland to Hörnum. And yes, sitting on the terrce you will notice a lot of the street noise.Nevertheless, Richter's has a nice atmosphere and the service is attentive and friendly. But also a little bit untrained; believe me, there is a difference between a San Gimignano and a Sancerre.The menue is comprehensive and I bet, everybody would find some pleasing...
