"The food was just okay.Portions pretty small.Very reasonable prices.Sticky plastic table cloths.Kind of a strange experience we had hearing local town gossip from the staff to the local regulars all through our dinner.Probably would not go back but might if I wanted fried chicken again."

"My Family and I came here this evening for the first time. The place was packed! We were seated immediately which was nice. Our waitress was really nice and kept up on our refreshments. The sweet tea is really good. We had ordered the large Greek Salad for the table. It was good. Ordered the Pepperoni pizza and also the Margarita pizza. The pizzas came out burnt. So it was alright. My Husband ordered French fries and I literally spit them out. It tastes just like oil. It was disgusting. The food is just okay. This restaurant is very popular with the regulars. The prices are a little high."

"In the city for the rockshow and our hotel recommended foragers canteen. christian took care of us very well. the watermelon zider was great, not sweet and not tart. very gentle. we had to begin the brussels-prosses and deep fried eggs and both were divine. when I thought eating could not be better, I had the creek to the psychic with the salmon patty stuff and was in the sky! my friend had the garnel and grumbling and rode over it. very full and very happy. look forward to eating here again!"

"We visited bryson city for the first time, and based on previous reviews, we decided to eat lunch at high test deli. our meals and interactions with very friendly staff have not disappointed! everyone there was very friendly and appreciates local support from their business. the portions were perfect, and all our meals were delicious. we tried various aromes of their milkshakes, and we couldn't decide which we liked best. I would recommend this restaurant for everyone in the surrounding opposites to stop and try their sandwiches during the lunchtime!"

"This is a really cute store and I visited it four times within one week that I was in town. The products are amazing. The quality is very very good. The caramel they make themselves and it is exceptional. The only exception was some of the service. One night one of the workers was very clear that you only have five minutes to make a choice because the doors close in five minutes. Kind of shocking. Too bad I already tipped. Several of the other staff were friendly. It is worth the stop. The atmosphere is very quaint."

They offer seating inside as well as on a covered, heated, outdoor area. The bar is small with only four seats, but you can order the entire menu there."
