What User likes about Rare650:
Expected better at this price level. Interior was outdated and wall visibly damaged at our booth. Wait staff seemed new. Food server dropped lobster tail before asking of we wanted it shelled. Waiter served coffee and we had to ask for spoons. Spending over pp, i would think service would be a higher caliber View all feedback.

Nice atmosphere and the food was good. Steaks were all overcooked a little, tasted great. There is a $69 special on line, but when you go in-person, no mention of it, no menu with it. View all feedback.
