I have been getting takeout from Big Bowl for years. My favorite menu items from them are there handmade steamed dumplings, which are made with a thin dough and the perfect amount of meat and soup juices inside. Told to pick up in 20 minutes, actually took 40 minutes. Messed up soup order. Wanted 1 wonton, 1 egg drop. Gave me 1 with both in it, then changed it but egg drop was still in wonton and chgd for 2nd soup after they messed it up. Soup tastes like water.
