Zach our waiter went above beyond!! He found out the it was my son graduation that he just got graduated. Most of the restaurants is fully booked but what a lovely surprise from PF Chang in Syracuse. Zach surprised my son with this special bottle candle that lights up sparkly chocolate cake with ice cream. Zach is attentive and the best waiter that any restaurant can have. View all feedback.

the service was slow. they were from objects on the menu, and they were from serviettes. we had to ask for our funeral when the food was taken and then wait to get it. So our food was before us without having to eat it. View all feedback.

Staff celebration on Mother's Day. Hard to find a place that was open and not at capacity, but this worked. Food was good, service was better.
