"Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience at the restaurant. At the end of the lunch, we received the two bills shown in the photo in such a way that the upper one covered the lower one, so we could only recognize at first glance the wrongly issued total amount, different from our actual consumption. If you trust the restaurant you eat in (and why wouldn 't you), you don 't necessarily check the total. At the same time, it was strange to us that the total amount was significantly higher than expected, and when asked about it, the gentleman who handed over the bill visibly began to tense up and referred to extended VAT , saying that restaurants have to pay more tax. We foolishly paid the higher amount, and a few minutes later, after dividing the two invoices, we realized that, as we suspected, the total amount was not correct. After we confronted the aforementioned gentleman with the error, he hesitantly referred to the fact that student workers were working for them, they must have made the bill, he didn 't even accept an apology, but at least we got back in cash the amount of the tulip payment that was otherwise made by card. I think that if we approach the case with the utmost good faith, and accept the assumption with little credibility that it was really an unintentional mistake this level of carelessness is unacceptable even from a corner gyros, let alone one located in the main square of the city , from a full house restaurant. I wonder how many people may have received an invoice that was mistakenly struck, which they did not check in good faith before paying? If all this wasn 't enough to make us regret eating at this place, I have to add that our 2 separate orders were completely forgotten, one of which arrived at our table on the second request, but the latter (a coffee) didn 't arrive until 3/4 of an hour later. . Even during successfully placed orders, we encountered negligent service. By the way, the pizzas were terribly dry. In light of the above, unfortunately despite all my good intentions I cannot recommend the restaurant in the least, and I can only speak specifically against eating here."
