We originally went for lunch, which the signs (even on the opposite side of the street) beckoned us to. There were quite a few visitors, but again not completely full. There were several menus on each table and we would eat they definitely chose. But when we sat for more than 15 minutes without being noticed at a table next to the bar, we moved to another, more visible , table opposite the bar. The lady behind the counter, although our table was not marked as reserved in any way, sent us to the neighboring lounge. There, 4 out of 5 tables were occupied and none of the visitors present had yet been served. After another few minutes of waiting, the waitress brought drinks to the 4 tables and left the room without a word around us as if we were air. Maybe just a few magic words like Sorry, we have a lot to do, you have to wait a while... would be enough. No, we were simply air for the staff and so we left. Never here again! Beautiful view from the terrace of the river and the surrounding area. Excellent beer.
