The gift package of tea and shortbread cookies was received and all three boxes of cookies were crushed. I spoke to customer service or it could have been the owner. She was well aware of the crushed cookie problem, as others had made the same complaint. Instead of offering a replacement or compensation of some kind, she made excuses.
