Over 10 minute wait on 2 burgers that I ordered on the app is crazy. People that came in after me already got their food and left

"We're sat in the back corner next to a large loud party. The waiter was so focused on them that our experience suffered. We could also barely converse without yelling; it wasn't that the resultant was full either, there were seats else where. After finally ordering 45 minutes after we sat, he came back 15 minutes later to ask if we were just going to drink water after we put in drink orders. After finally getting our drinks he came back to our table and asked if we were having desert when we hadn't even received our meal yet. They didn't have the appetizer we ordered (which we found out after ordering and the waiter coming back to tell us). The food itself was ok, but nothing special for the price. It's a shame because the location is awesome and it could be so much more if the service wasn't horrendous. (Also, it wasn't just the restaurant. We stopped at Docs bar for a drink before our meal and eventually gave up on getting a drink because there was no bartender at the bar. We went to the Old Hangout after dinner and I had to go to the bar to order drinks because no one waited on us and the bartender told us to sit down and order from the waitress). I had high hopes for the experience and was let down at every turn, do better."

"Management takes great care to include lots of tasty, creative vegan options on their menu. From nachos covered in Chao cheese to quinoa salad, this place has got you covered. My only complaint is that the guacamole is not vegan!!!! A server informed me that they use those ranch seasoning powders to help flavor it. This was some time ago, so perhaps things have changed. But I have been avoiding it ever since."

"I have eaten at Happy Teriyaki many times over the last 15 years. Mostly takeout, as I work nearby and they are convenient for a 30 min lunch. Service is always pleasant and accommodating. Their Fried Rice with tofu is one of my favorite orders. I upgrade to brown rice for the health benefits. I would very much like and request that they discontinue Styrofoam for takeout. This is an awful environmental choice for packaging and there are better options available. This makes a difference to me and I hope for other customers too."
