What User doesn't like about El Toro Mexican Cantina:
Ordnete veggie fajitas. Carrots were muddy and I could squeeze water out of them. The same for cauliflower and broccoli. They were obviously frozen vegetables that I could get in the store for 3 dollars in a bag. The only vegetables that were not frozen were paprika and onions. "We're sat in the back corner next to a large loud party. The waiter was so focused on them that our experience suffered. We could also barely converse without yelling; it wasn't that the resultant was full either, there were seats else where. After finally ordering 45 minutes after we sat, he came back 15 minutes later to ask if we were just going to drink water after we put in drink orders. After finally getting our drinks he came back to our table and asked if we were having desert when we hadn't even received our meal yet. They didn't have the appetizer we ordered (which we found out after ordering and the waiter coming back to tell us). The food itself was ok, but nothing special for the price. It's a shame because the location is awesome and it could be so much more if the service wasn't horrendous. (Also, it wasn't just the restaurant. We stopped at Docs bar for a drink before our meal and eventually gave up on getting a drink because there was no bartender at the bar. We went to the Old Hangout after dinner and I had to go to the bar to order drinks because no one waited on us and the bartender told us to sit down and order from the waitress). I had high hopes for the experience and was let down at every turn, do better."
