Unfortunately because of Covid-19, the owner had to close for a year, but fortunately he is back in business! I finally tried the rosemary chicken sausage and it was such a nice lunch! The sausage was absolutely delicious and the size is great. The owner is super friendly and welcoming! I would recommend you pick up a delicious hot dog during your lunch break if you're the area! Though it truly pains me to slam a local business, I had a 1 star experience. The sausage itself was fine but it was served on a cold costco hoagie roll that left you with a very poor dog to bun ratio and if you order it with cream cheese they just hand you a little single serving packet for you to squeeze onto the dog yourself.
