What S T doesn't like about North China Garden:
Ordered 4 entrées and each were supposed to come with steamed rice, but we only received 1 container of rice. So 3 of our entrées were missing rice. We got vegan egg rolls and they tasted fishy. 2 of the dishes were supposed to not have any animal ingredients and we specified no chicken, meat, oyster or fish sauce, thinking that would cover any non vegan ingredients.
